I am a tough client. If the Ts aren’t crossed and something feels off, I’ll walk away from the deal. You can’t bring me back. Josh picked up on this immediately and, from that moment on, was very clear and honest about the process. Answered my many questions at all hours of the day. I had no delusions about the price range I would get which helps greatly in the process. With that being said, though, I was very pleased with what I was offered. This was an investment for me, as well, and my money tripled from what I bought it at. It was fair in my opinion. When they say no fees, they mean no fees. I paid nothing. My new house closed in just under 2 months. As smooth as smooth gets. They bought as is with no hassles. They were also very respectful of my privacy. Can’t say enough about Josh and the crew. Anthony was a great broker. From showing us the property to navigating our deal, he was super attentive and accommodating. Anthony gave us plenty of insight as first time homebuyers and I never felt like he talked down to me or my wife. He was very good about communicating and returning correspondences in a timely manner.
