I am a tough client. If the Ts aren’t crossed and something feels off, I’ll walk away from the deal. You can’t bring me back. Josh picked up on this immediately and, from that moment on, was very clear and honest about the process. Answered my many questions at all hours of the day. I had no delusions about the price range I would get which helps greatly in the process. With that being said, though, I was very pleased with what I was offered. This was an investment for me, as well, and my money tripled from what I bought it at. It was fair in my opinion. When they say no fees, they mean no fees. I paid nothing.
